Project 2: Blogging
Use blogging with your students to have them write:
- Compositions
- Learn Vocabulary
- Practice Oral production
- Interviews

Project 3: Podcasting
Use the NGSCU to upload lectures, quizzes, questions, and topics for discussions, video tutorials.
Have the students podcast for you using Podbean account.

Project 4: Collaborations around the Planet
Find people like-minded for creating language and cultural exchange.
Project 5: Service Learning
Have your college students become mentors of elementary students while they practice their second language (applicable for Spanish and Chinese only).
This is a great pioneer activity that can bring many good aspects such us:
College student’s gain:
- Awareness and the importance of learning a second language
- Opportunity to interact with bilingual students who have been immersed in the bilingual system for 3 or more years
-Opportunity to interact with native students
-Opportunity to help elementary students in their projects (give feedback)
- Bring awareness on how technology can be used to link with others.
- Acquire technology skills that later on can be applied to their future job.
Elementary Student’s gain:
- Inspiration of achieving higher education
- Opportunity to interact with college students (get to know them)
- Opportunity to practice their second language with other people from the community and not just in the school atmosphere.
- Opportunity for the students to use technology such as blogs, webcams, among others.
- Bring awareness on how technology can be used to link with others.
